By downloading, accessing, or using the DuckSmart mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

DuckSmart provides weather-based insights, hunting preparation tools, logging features, and species identification information intended to support waterfowl hunting decisions.

DuckSmart does NOT guarantee hunting success.
Conditions, wildlife behavior, regulations, and outcomes vary and are beyond our control.

Information provided by DuckSmart is for informational and recreational purposes only.

• The App does not provide legal, safety, wildlife management, or professional hunting advice
   
• Users are responsible for:
   
  • Knowing and following all local, state, and federal hunting laws
     
  • Making safe decisions in the field
     
  • Verifying conditions independently
     

All predictions, scores, recommendations, and insights are estimates based on available data.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy
   
• Reliability
   
• Success rates
   
• Availability of wildlife
   

Use the App at your own discretion.

You agree that you will:

• Use the App lawfully
   
• Not misuse or attempt to reverse engineer the App
   
• Not rely on the App as your sole source for safety or legal compliance
   

All content, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and branding within DuckSmart are owned by Mallard Works LLC (or your legal entity).

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

DuckSmart and its creators are not liable for:

• Missed hunting opportunities
   
• Property damage
   
• Personal injury
   
• Loss of data
   
• Financial loss
   
• Decisions made based on App information
   

Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

We may:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
   
• Experience outages or data delays
   
• Update the App without notice
   

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services (weather APIs, mapping providers, etc.).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
